This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator looking to progress their career to Paraplanner by joining this unique and friendly firm. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services and possess excellent organisational skills.

The role will be supporting Partners and a Paraplanner to deliver the highest level of service to clients by creating quality and compliant advice documents.

Responsibilities to Include:

· Providing high level technical and administrative support to the Partner/Practice Manager/Paraplanner;

· Researching and analysing financial products to meet client requirements and objectives;

· Working with other practice colleagues to ensure application and provider forms are prepared as required and clients are updated throughout the process;

· Dealing effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication;

· Preparing files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations and supporting documentation;

· Ensuring that files are complete with all required client identification documentation and necessary application forms;

· Managing all inbound and outbound mail;

· Managing inbound enquires in shared mailbox twice daily;

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

· Previous experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services or related sector;

· Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation (desirable);

· Experience of client management systems such as Salesforce.

· Experience of the Pension Transfer market (preferred);

· Experience of the administration of IHT and/or Investment products (preferred).
