A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Chef De Partie, with fine dining experience, to work as part of a strong, passionate team to deliver exciting pastry dishes that exceed customer expectations! You will be working in this 2AA Rosette rated restaurant which has been awarded with the Sustainable Food Philosophy Seal from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment with enthusiasm to delight our guests. You will be joining a strong team, where you will be sharing a deeply rooted passion for high quality food. You will help maintain high levels of service that consistently exceeds customer expectations, using your creativity to develop and deliver exciting dishes, from the very best locally sourced organic produce.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

· To cook consistently and enthusiastically at a high level, as directed by the Head Chef and Sous Chef

· Be responsible for hygiene and wastage in your own section and in the kitchen as a whole

· Responsible for the set-up of your section and any handover for others entering the section

· Liaise with the senior chefs on a daily basis, with an accurate list of orders for the following day(s)

· Be flexible and willing to support colleagues if required

· Maintain kitchen standards, complying with statutory regulations and uphold the conditions of the food hygiene policies.

The Successful Candidate will have:

· Enthusiasm for what you do

· Experience in a role of a same or similar level

· Proven communication skills

· Experience of working in a multi-kitchen environment or as part of a big team

· Experience of fine dining

· An awareness of costs and food margins

· Ability to develop inspiring dishes relevant to the dining experience

· A passion for delivering amazing customer experience

· A relevant Hospitality/Catering qualification

· Health and Safety and First Aid qualifications
