This award winning organisation are looking a motivated individuals to join the customer service team, working on insurance claims. Salary is dependent upon experience and if you have customer service experience we are keen to hear from you.

Please note, the hours will be a 37.5 hour working week with weekly shifts of Monday to Friday 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 12-8 and 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am to 4pm (with a day off in lieu the next week).

Responsibilities to include:

You will be the first point of call via telephone for a customer who has been involved in a motor accident
Proactively take details and record, process and settle motor insurance claims
Ensure that all files are updated accurately and promptly
Process cheques on claims files
Identify and champion potential fraudulent claims and action as per guidelines
Ensure liability is agreed within existing case law and accident circumstances
Effectively negotiate with customers, suppliers and all relevant third party representatives
Any other reasonable duties as required

Skills & Experience:
Demonstrable experience from a Customer Service role
Problem-solving skills with the ability to adopt a logical approach to resolving problems
