This is a wonderful opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join a welcoming team and support the Operations Manager in enhancing and maintaining the quality of service the firm provides.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting the Operations Manager with various tasks aimed at improving business processes and client service. Your responsibilities will include managing systems, developing protocols, and creating user guides to streamline operations. A strong knowledge of IT and confidence in learning new software are essential for success in this role. If you have worked within financial services/planning that is a benefit, but by no means essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Business Processes: Assist in enhancing administration, paraplanning, and compliance processes to deliver optimal service to clients.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure that all departments within Operations function effectively and efficiently to deliver the advisory product.
  • IT and System Support:

– Develop, manage, and implement both new and existing systems to boost efficiency.

– Administer and monitor Salesforce, including maintaining and updating report folders.

– Assist with the research and implementation of new systems and products.

– Maintain and support IT software and hardware within the UK office, including setting up new user accounts and managing folder and template systems.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Assist in creating and improving regular reports to provide insights into various departments within the business.
  • Feedback Coordination: Work with various teams to gather feedback and insights, aiming to enhance and streamline systems for better user-friendliness and efficiency.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide support to the Operations Manager with ad-hoc projects and process tasks related to client delivery.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and software, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in project management and collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Prior experience in an operations role or related field is preferred.
