This award-winning organisation are looking a motivated individuals to join the customer service team. You will be liaising with customers to verify information about their insurance policy, ensuring all details are correct and that there isn’t the possibility of fraud being committed.

If you have previous customer service experience we are keen to hear from you. Superb training is given and there are real opportunities for progression and development. Days/hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm.

Responsibilities to include:

· Speaking with customers over the telephone, to ensure and validate the customer details held are correct for their insurance policy.

· Updating and revising customers’ policy details, making any necessary adjustments to the computer system.

· Resolving customer’s queries through telephone conversation, document validation and email.

· Checking information provided is correct and that there isn’t the potential for fraud.

· Providing great customer outcomes and a right first time service.

· Handling any queries or concerns that the customer might have.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

· Previous experience of working within customer services, retail, call centre or office positions will be considered.

· The ability to provide great customer service.

· Great communication skills with an eye for the detail

· Excellent time management and organisational skills
